LPN LVN at Providence Medford Medical Center. This position has multiple FTE and shift available. $5,000 Sign on bonus for eligible external candidates (only full-time positions).

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year LPN Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training IV Therapy course and competency demonstration.

About the Team

Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph of the Sacred Heart and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
