AS A CLINICAL NURSE COORDINATOR, you will provide clinical support and collaborate with the Program Manager and report to the Director of Nursing in all aspects of behavioral health. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for assessing the educational needs of the unit, and in response to those needs, develops educational programming. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator oversees and updates the orientation program for new employees, monitors staff completion of ongoing mandatory competencies. He/she is able to administer primary care for the adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patient and in response to the unit's need.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Active RN License
• Preferred five( 5) years experience in Behavioral Health Nursing
• Charge/Supervisor nurse experience preferred
• Act 34 PA Criminal Clearance
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Clearance
• Portrays professionalism in dealing with community and county agencies
• Displays courtesy and sensitivity
• Possess current knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
