Maintenance Planner / Mechanical Technician - 6 month contract position in Auburn, Maine.
As a Maintenance Planner/Mechanical Technician you will conduct equipment install checks, review mechanical aspects of equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts) and assist in developing and documenting AM / PM plans, centerlines, and rebuild instructions.
The Maintenance Planner needs to understand and have extensivie experience with HVAC systems, advanced level troubleshooting and a robust background in conducting preventative maintenance.

Must have experience:
  1. Experience with HVAC systems
  2. Advanced troubleshootihng capabilities
  3. Experience conducting preventative maintenance
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills
  5. Able to coordinate work across multiple disciplines
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail
  7. Project coordination and resource scheduling experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with doing all the initial IQ / OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation.
  2. Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts).
  3. Assist with developing and documenting centerlines
  4. Assist with developing AM / PM Plans and documentation, and support the development of CIL's
  5. Assist with developing re-build instructions for equipment
This position is a 6 month contract role and offers hourly pay, medical insurance, dental & vision options, 401k and paid holidays.
