Description

Injection Molding Operator

Tramec Plastics & Composites of Wellington, KS is currently accepting applications for Plastic Injection Molding Operator.

1 to 3 years' experience in a molding or manufacturing setting is preferred. Must be a team player, adhere to good attendance, and have positive work ethic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for operating Injection Molding Presses.

• Monitor processes and quality of parts that are being produced.

• Participate in the development and implementation of all line improvements if applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. The ideal candidate must also be open to working any shift, rarely on a weekend.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.

• Technically orientated and knowledgeable in manufacturing systems.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Proficient in computer programs
