Hiring Fitter/Welder

About the Job:

We’re looking for a Fitter / Welding Fabricator to join our team. You’ll work in a fabrication shop, helping to build and assemble metal parts from blueprints and technical drawings. Some welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow blueprints to assemble metal parts.

• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials.

• Assist with Mig welding (training provided if needed).

• Ensure all parts are correctly fitted before welding.

• Keep work area clean and safe.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of fitting experience in metal or steel fabrication.

• Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings.

• Basic knowledge of Mig welding (nice to have).

• 1-3 years of experience using hand and power tools.

• Able to work in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment.

Work Environment:

• Fabrication shop (non-climate-controlled).

• Safety gear provided.
