Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with one of the following licenses in Virginia:

  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and reside in Virginia.

Compensation: Up to $111,700 based on licensure, sessions, and potential bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to conduct a minimum of 25 sessions weekly.

  • Partner collaboratively with your team.

  • Be a Behavioral Health Generalist open to working with couples and/or children (we provide support for this).

  • Look for opportunities to grow into leadership or supervisory roles.

  • Maintain self-discipline to complete notes within 24 hours.

  • Exemplify strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, and adaptability.

  • Embrace teamwork and professional development.
