The Position

  • The Interim Clinical Med/Surg Nurse Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 32-bed Oncology/Surgical Oncology Med Surg units.
  • The Interim Manager will have oversight of approximately 39+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including skills assessments, time/attendance, payroll, intentional rounding, falls, patient satisfaction, and quality.
  • Seeking an experienced Oncology Med/Surg leader who will be equipped to assist with timekeeping/attendance initiatives, transition/change management, and will ideally be knowledgeable with EPIC EMR.
  • Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
  • BSN is required.
  • Active compact RN license is required.
