We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dentist to join our team in Millinocket/Brownville and Houlton, Maine. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice dentistry in Maine and have experience providing general dental care. The dentist will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, restorative care, and cosmetic care. The dentist will also work with other dental team members to provide coordinated care to patients.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary
  • Signing bonus
  • CME: $2,500 annually with one week of paid time
  • Relocation up to $5,000
  • Health insurance -Employee is 100% paid, 100% Dental Benefit for employee and family
  • 40 hours of PTO in year (1) and 88 hours in year (2), 10 paid holidays
  • Professional Liability Insurance through FTCA at no cost to the employee
  • Eligible for Educational Loan Repayment through NHSC
  • Short and Long-term disability paid 100%, life insurance paid (2) times salary.
What You Will Do:
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Perform preventive care such as cleanings, exams, and X-rays
  • Provide restorative care such as fillings, crowns, and bridges
  • Provide cosmetic care such as whitening, veneers, and bonding
  • Work with other members of the dental team to provide coordinated care to patients
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain and improve clinical skills
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
What You Need:
  • State of Maine license to practice dentistry
  • Experience in general dentistry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
