Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
  • Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges
  • Utilize modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated
  • Complete all required documentation
