Job Description:
  • This position is for a QA resource to support the Marketing and Investment Data Repository (MIDR) system. MIDR is an Oracle database for investment performance data. Data is loaded from multiple sources (API/Flat Files) and delivered to other departments via data services and Business Objects reports.
  • This resource should have previous experience working for asset management/finance companies.
  • This resource will support MIDR efforts to implement enhancements to existing functionality or changes needed for regulatory requirements.
  • This resource will also support testing for production issues and system performance improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong SQL Skills (Store Procedures, PL SQL, Triggers, Indexes, Database Optimization)
  • Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Autosys, Informatica Workflows, ETL testing
  • Experience with SOAPUI/Postman for API/data services testing
  • Experience with Jira for defect management and test management
  • Financial background experience
  • Backend, ETL testing
  • SQL experience
  • Associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 8-10 years experience required
  • Experience testing software
  • Experience writing test documentation such as Test Plans, scripts and test results reports
  • Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing


RATE RANGE: 55-60/HR (based on experience
