IT Intern

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Intern to join our team As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in technical administration, maintenance, software, asset management, and end-user support. You will work closely with our IT Operations team on various projects.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with company equipment, including laptops, monitors, docks, web cameras, projectors, and printers/copiers/scanners.
• Update, create, and maintain system and knowledge base documentation.
• Work proactively with end-users to ensure their equipment is in good health.
• Travel to our offices to provide onsite assistance for IT equipment, such as AV systems, reception technology, desk connectivity, and printers.
• Assist with AV setup and rehearsals for meetings, ensuring all technology is running smoothly.
• Help organize IT equipment storage and support the recycling program.
• Provide assistance with software operations and generate utilization reports.
• Log technical support issues, follow up with customers, and maintain confidentiality.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing a two- or four-year technical-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience with personal computers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange Email, and the Internet.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
