Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Track and manage team member tasks, ensuring progress aligns with project objectives.

• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and address them proactively.

• Lead meetings with internal teams, stakeholders, and offshore teams.

• Ensure effective communication across team members and stakeholders.

• Manage clinical technology projects, leveraging prior experience in clinical domains.

• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth coordination across time zones.

• Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of development and clinical-related projects.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in clinical or technology-related projects.

• Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and tracking.

• Ability to maintain and manage RAID logs effectively.

• Experience with global teams and offshore coordination.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelors Degree
