Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. In this dynamic role, you will train to operate a Class B box truck to provide on-site service for parts washer machines, collect containerized hazardous waste, and promote our products and services along a defined route.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Visit 10-12 customer sites each day.
  • Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions as needed.
  • Service parts washer machines and clear sediment from sinks.
  • Upsell products and generate new leads in the field.
  • Serve clients in automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
  • Complete daily service routes, deliveries, and pickups on schedule.
  • Follow local, state, and federal compliance regulations meticulously.
  • Operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT regulations.
  • Adhere to company environmental health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Class B CDL.
  • Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of hiring.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Physical capabilities to meet job requirements.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
  • Must meet facial hair standards as per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in commercial route driving (Class C or Non-CDL).
