Description

Position Summary

The Fabricator prepares, fabricates and welds various metal constructions, components and structures in our signage division, and assists with prepping and quality checking substrates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interpret specifications, artwork, job orders, and company policies and procedures in order to produce quality work
  • Coordinate with the production manager to meet deadlines and identify new projects
  • Quality check and package completed jobs
  • Assist with loading vehicles for transport to installation sites
  • Regular, reliable and punctual attendance
Nonessential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lend assistance to other team members as necessary
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature
  • Effective English reading and writing communication skills
  • Ability to operate different tools, and to troubleshoot equipment problems
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • A minimum of two years experience in aluminum welding. Signage or vehicle vinyl application a plus.
  • An high school diploma is required.
