As the longest established hospital in the southeast valley, Chandler Regional has provided care for the Chandler community since 1961. The hospital recently added a new five-story tower with 100 patient beds, increasing the acute-care bed count to 429. This expansion increased emergency and trauma services, as well as the surgical unit and intensive care offerings.

Responsibilities We are searching for the perfect OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST who is passionate about the health and well- being of our patients to provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals, consult with other health care .disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient and instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities. Expectations:- Provides patient care, including evaluating the patient for treatment, providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician.
- Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients.
- Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities.
- Assists with patient program management, while delivering quality patient services.

#AZEVREHAB Qualifications Minimum:- Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
- Computer skills required. Arizona License in professional area.
- American Heart Association BLS.
Preferred:
- Two years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care preferred.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
- Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
