Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon requestAny candidates submitted with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility location will be billed at a rate 10% less.A Day in the Life - Curtis - Registered Nurse ()As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.EMR - EPICOT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25xNBO: 8 hrsOT billing: if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrsDeliveries per month: 160-180High Risk Deliveries - Sioux City is in a location where they have a very high risk patient population. Large population of non-English speaking patients.We need them to have excellent clinical skills because we don't have a physician on site 24/7 so our nurses do a lot of triage and assessments prior to the physician seeing them. We would also like them to have experience with larger high volume delivery centers.

4+ years of L&D experience in a hospital settingCirculating experience is needed, scrub experience encouragedmultiple travel contracts completed encouragedEPIC STORK experience REQUIRED - note in profileALL certs must be activeHigh Risk experience requiredTriage and Assessment skills strongly desiredExperience with larger high volume delivery centers 200-300 deliveries/monthmust be willing to pick up 2 extra shifts/monthPROFILE REQUIREMENTS:Work history/resumeHome/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)License verificationCopy of BLS (AHA) or ARCReferences - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
