Duties Responsibilities

  • Labor and Delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages
  • Monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth
  • Monitor patients for potential high-risk problems
