Position Description

Responsibilities:

  • Clean work areas, tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel using a pick, rake, and shovel.
  • Move from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
  • Work with other team members in a cooperative manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction laborer work.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds or more.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Willingness to do general laborer work such as sweeping, cleaning job sites, running errands, using a hammer and saw, digging trenches, and more.
  • Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work 55+ hours a week during the summer months.
