We are looking for a world-class AI engineer in the US to assist one of our top clients for three months on a part-time basis (20-hours a week) This is an opportunity to work with an incredible engineering team and have a huge impact on a well-known product. This is a remote position anywhere in the United States. The hourly range for this position is between $90-$120/hr. per skillet and experience. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and other engineers to identify and clearly define business problems that can be addressed with AI solutions Translate identified business challenges into specific technical requirements for AI models Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using cutting-edge techniques and algorithms Conduct thorough analysis of the environment where the AI model will be deployed. This includes factors like: Target users and their interactions with the AI system. Existing infrastructure and integration needs with current systems. Data security and privacy considerations. Scalability requirements to accommodate future growth. Design AI solutions that are robust and adaptable to the specific deployment environment. Consider potential ethical implications of AI implementation and ensure solutions adhere to responsible AI practices Train, test, and evaluate AI models to ensure optimal performance and adherence to ethical standards. Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. Document AI systems thoroughly for future maintenance and scalability. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and ML research. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of professional working experience within software development Demonstrated experience understanding business requirements and translating business needs into technical requirements for AI solutions Demonstrated experience (4+ years minimum) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) techniques (image recognition, object detection, image generation) Possess a solid grasp of deep learning architectures like CNNs and RNNs Proficient in at least one programming language and have a strong foundation in coding best practices Background in traditional programming and can demonstrate your ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps Strong system architecture knowledge and can design scalable and maintainable AI solutions In-depth knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in Vector Database and have hands on experience Implemented RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) in practical application Transformer architecture and have a solid understanding of all the components Fine-tuning of LLMs System development using Langchain, Langgraph API development using fastapi/flask/dango Experience in using the following: Unsupervised, semi-supervised, and supervised learning methods. Machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SciPy, and StatsModels. Programming language: Python. A strong understanding of Transformer-based models. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Expertise in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing. Strong collaboration skills with software engineering and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of AI models. The ability to utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to build and manage AI pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
