Night Shift Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Full-Time Night Shift Behavioral Health Technicians. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, maintain a safe working environment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
  • Observe and report patient condition changes to the Charge Nurse/RN.
  • Intervene appropriately in patient behavioral crisis situations.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Facilitate educational and activity groups based on patient needs.
  • Monitor vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred.
