Job Description
Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse Anesthetist

Job Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Duration: 13 weeks, ongoing

Shift: Day - 4x8 - 7 am - 3 pm, 32 Hours

License: Board Certification Eligible; No Board Certification Required

Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Must-Have:
- Experience with general anesthesia
- Ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
- Ventilation management expertise
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

Job Description:
- Full-time CRNA needed for a busy, multispecialty outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Work Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or call.
- Hours are from 0600 to 1430.
- Handle a diverse case mix including adult and pediatric patients.
- Specialties include ENT, General Surgery, GI, Podiatry, Plastics, Vascular, GYN, Dental, Orthopedics.
- Utilize systems for charting and medication management.
- The facility is not trauma-rated and does not require specific trauma or spinal anesthesia skills.
- Expectations include completion of ortho and neuro surgeries, with pediatric cases being part of the workload.
- Preference for ability in pain management techniques, but this is not required.
- No requirement for central line, arterial line, or PA Catheter placement.

The facility expects credentialing to be completed within 60-90 days.
