We are partnered with one of the leading providers in the health insurance space whose mission is to help individuals and families access affordable healthcare coverage. Specializing in guiding clients through the ACA marketplace, our partner ensures that people select the most suitable plans, taking advantage of government subsidies when eligible. They offer personal assistance during open enrollment and support ongoing healthcare needs by helping with plan adjustments and navigating coverage details. By partnering with major insurance providers, they aim to simply the often-complex process of choosing the right health plan under ACA guidelines.

We are helping them look for a skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to drive innovation for their internal CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions to streamline member interactions, manage data, and improve customer service efficiency. By leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development, you'll help the team deliver a seamless experience for policyholders and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, while working with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices
  • Proven track record designing complex Salesforce solutions for large accounts
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Python and Agile methodologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop custom applications and integrations within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure high performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and create tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and implement robust testing strategies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, participate in architecture reviews, and optimize Salesforce implementations
