Position Summary/Objective

We are seeking a Maintenance Service Manager responsible for leading the repairs and service team for multi-site rental properties. The ideal candidate will prioritize work orders, coordinate assignments, and ensure tasks are completed within budget. Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry are required. Certification in HVAC repairs is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize work orders for the service team
  • Coordinate work with 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Monitor operational and productivity metrics
  • Supervise after-hours on-call response program
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repair for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role
  • Certification in HVAC and knowledge of building codes
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Experience using property management software

Supervisory Responsibility

This position supervises all employees of the department.

Travel

Primarily local travel during the business day.
