Schedule/Location:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position requires on-site presence at our primary care and specialty practices within the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast area.
The Opportunity:
As an Ambulatory Clinical Educator, you will be an essential part of our Wentworth Health Partners practices, providing crucial support to ensure exceptional care. You will work closely with a team of professionals, serving as a facilitator, academic liaison, and educator, to meet federal, state, and accreditation body requirements. This involves ensuring adherence to regulations set by DEA, CLIA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, TJC, and CMS.
Besides ensuring regulatory compliance, you will help establish a culture that fosters clinical excellence throughout our locations. Collaborating closely with a teammate, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical education for around 300 employees. Your duties will include designing and conducting educational programs and trainings for nurses, licensed nursing assistants, and medical assistants, using varied methods to improve staff knowledge and comprehension.

Qualifications
Required:
• At least 5 years of RN work experience in a relevant clinical area.
• Active State of New Hampshire Registered Nursing License.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to develop education programs and trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse team members.
Preferred:
• BSN degree.
• Recent experience in education or a precepting role.
• Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification.
