Yep, that's right - you'll be delivering that top-notch care right to their doorstep, all while dancing to the beat of your own clinical drum (And car radio as you drive from patient to patient). While you'll be rocking independence in your schedule, never worry about feeling like you are alone in caring for your patients, your manager and team are just a phone call away, ready to lend a hand and help whenever you need them. Each visit will offer a chance to showcase your technical therapy skills and gather vital info, educate patients, and work together to set achievable goals for their health journey.

First and foremost, you must possess a current state of New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) License. Additionally, a valid driver's license in good standing is crucial, as you will be required to travel to patients' homes to deliver care. Having reliable vehicle insurance is also a prerequisite for this position.
