Base Wage: Starting at $61 per hour.

Bonus eligibility: $4,000+ in annual compensation via select bonus programs.

Sign-On Bonus: We are providing a $5,000 signing bonus.

Loyalty Bonus: We are including a $7,500 loyalty bonus.

Retirement: Provides up to a 4% match of your salary into your 401K beginning on 1st anniversary of employment. For example, if your earnings are $100,000 and you contribute 5% into your 401K, we will contribute $4,000.

Ownership Opportunity: Eligible hygienists provided an opportunity for ownership in Peak Dental Services. As an owner hygienist, you will receive wealth accumulation opportunities on the same terms as our owner dentists.

Monday 8AM-5PM

Tuesday 8AM-5PM

Wednesday 8AM-5PM

Thursday 8AM-5PM

Friday 8AM-1PM

Requirements
  • Active CO Dental Hygiene License
  • Local Anesthesia Permit
  • CPR-BLS Certified
