Do you enjoy working flexible hours and providing personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes? Signify Health is seeking board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

  • Conduct comprehensive in-home visits focused on overall health and identify potential barriers to care
  • Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week, with the potential to increase your per-visit rate by 200%
  • Additional compensation available via pay-per-test model for qualifying visits
  • Flexible shifts available Monday - Sunday with no nights or weekends required
  • Opportunities for short-term or long-term contracts
  • Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
  • Travel benefits including airfare, hotel, and rental car (depending on eligibility)
  • Malpractice coverage and availability incentives
  • Independent Contractor status with a flexible schedule
  • State License Required

As a mobile nurse practitioner, you will have the chance to earn a competitive wage while managing your personal and clinical commitments. Each evaluation comes with a pre-populated, patient-specific form, and you will not be responsible for prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens.
