- Competitive salary with a one-year guarantee of $325,000 to $350,000, plus full benefits and production from day one.
- Production-based compensation structure after the first year, with an earning potential of $500,000 or more in the second year.

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine.
