Basic Qualifications: Experience Minimum one (1) year recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in a licensed Home Health, Palliative Care and/or Hospice agency as an RN/PHN. Education N/A License, Certification, Registration Registered Nurse License (California) Driver's License (California) Basic Life Support Additional Requirements: Clean Driving Record for the last 2 years. Proof of automobile insurance as required by law. Preferred Qualifications: N/A Notes: • Weekends on rotation. • May cross service areas and service lines. • 10 hour shifts.
