The ideal Clinical Medical Assistant candidate is positive, energetic, intelligent, highly dependable, organized, and able to multitask. The MA assists the Provider with patient visits, including consultative and surgical procedures.

Your Skills:
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Previous hands-on experience (preferably in a medical environment)
  • Thrive in high-level engagement with Patients
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness before each appointment and stocked with necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • You will engage and focus on the patient experience
  • You will be responsible for gathering patient information, informed consent, and payment information
  • You will assist the physician with minor procedures, patient charting, uploading imaging, and patient follow-up appointment scheduling
  • You will provide detailed post-care instructions to the patient and/or family members
  • You will accurately complete pathology and laboratory requisitions as required
  • You will complete logs and send specimens to the laboratory
  • You would be required to other locations throughout the week
  • You will perform other tasks and duties as directed
