Job Title: Director of Rehab

Job Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Experience: New graduates are welcome; Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

License: State License Verification required

Certifications: None specified

Must-Have: Candidate must complete and attach a prescreen before submission, along with resume and license verification.

Job Description:

- Opportunity for a Director of Rehab from any therapy discipline.
- Ensure completion and attachment of the prescreen, resume, and license verification during submission.
- Conduct a COVID test 72 hours before the start date, with results provided 48 hours before the start date.
- Must provide three references and undergo various background checks, including:
- County Criminal Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked in)
- Federal Criminal Check (7 years or more)
- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)
- HHS/OIG Search
- GSA Search
- Social Security Number Trace
- Two-Step PPD, Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
- SAM Search
- State Background Check
- Position urgency is normal.
- Bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required.

This position offers a chance to lead a rehabilitation team while ensuring compliance with various credentialing requirements.
