SUMMARY:

The Associate Quality Assurance Associate promotes and supports a culture of audit readiness within ACM Global Laboratories. Responsible for the support of regulated GCP & GLP activities including the development, implementation and on-going continuous improvement of the site's Audit Program. In addition, the Associate Quality Assurance Auditor will interface with the business and functional leaders of the regulated operational areas to promote and support compliance. This position also supports the generation and reporting of Key Quality Performance Indicators for the company's Quality Systems.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

ATTRIBUTES
  • Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ Years' experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical device or clinical research organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Quality Assurance Support the promotion and compliance with regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures within the organization. Maintain current awareness of all required standards, laws and guidelines, Support client, regulatory and sub-contractor audits. Support Quality Assurance with customer initiated audits and mock regulatory inspections and regulatory facility inspections. Support QA Auditors, Sr. QA Auditors, QA Supervisor and QA Manager as needed. Assist in the collation of Quality metrics, as required. Support monthly laboratory Quality Assurance meetings. Perform other duties as assigned

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
