Position Title: Mixer / Blender

Wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday), Potential Overtime on Fridays

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Mixer / Blender at a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply now

Mixer / Blender Responsibilities:

- Prepare recipes in accordance with the production schedule, batch sheets and standard operating procedures

- Ensure appropriate and timely records are kept including batch size, ingredient usage, product temperatures and traceability information

- Adhere to company policies, safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

- Advise management of the cook status and problems (or potential problems) on a regular basis

- Ensure appropriate quantities are packaged and labeled appropriately for delivery to clients

- Ensure pallets for shipment are prepared in accordance with the customer specifications for pallet configuration

- Perform sanitation duties associated with the cooking operations including (but not limited to) kettles, utensils, floors, walls and platforms

Requirements for Mixer / Blender:

- Good communication skills; bilingual is a plus

- Proactive mindset and flexibility to meet just-in-time pressures

- Able to work nights and days, adapting schedule to meet production demands
