Reviews and updates service agreements at least once per year and more frequently when there is a change in service need Facilitates coordination of services with internal and external providers Assures that all physician orders are signed and implemented per the applicable Minnesota home care regulations Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Support RN to act as on call during scheduled times Required: RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross One to Three Years previous experience in Assisted Living as a Staff Nurse Solid understanding of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Preferred: Bachelor's Degree: Nursing Proficient in Eldermark Computer Documentation Software Prior supervisory experience Prior experience in home care or assisted living environment
