IT Services: Application development, maintenance, and testing.
Consulting: Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency.
Enterprise Solutions: Implementation and support of enterprise-level software solutions. Digital Services: Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.

Salary Range: $120K-$130K/Annum

Job Description:
  • Over 6+ years of hands-on working experience to develop the mission critical, large-scale, high-volume enterprise and distributed applications by using Al/ML and Python/Java/J2EE.
  • Experience in creating ML pipeline for (Data Collection, data processing, model creation, model training, model fine tuning, model deployment).
  • Experience building Deep Neural Networks or Transformer Models with Pytorch/Tensor Flow.
  • Experience in Python programming.
  • Experience in training ML models - awareness of different model training techniques.
  • Experience in data preparation - Understanding of the inputs and outputs for different type of models (DNN, CNN, Transformers, LLMs).
  • Experience with GPU/TPU enabled model training.
  • Experience with working in both Linux and Windows environments for Model training and deployment.
  • Experience in training LLMs.
  • Experience with Speech models.
  • Experience in developing REST API's using Spring.
  • Experience in cloud technology.
  • Experience with development models such as Agile and SDLC.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in Fraud Detection domain.
  • Experience with deploying ML models in production env.
  • Experience building ML models from scratch.
  • Experience with implementing ML in Java.
  • Primary Skill - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
  • Secondary Skill - Python
  • Tertiary Skill - Java
