Admissions Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role involves assuming primary responsibility for completing the admission process, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, a current nursing license in good standing, and a minimum of two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse, preferably in a post-acute setting. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate skill in nursing practice, the ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings, as well as the ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
