The Delivery & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for carrying out equipment deliveries and performing basic installation functions for our customers. Our delivery drivers are one of the first points of contact with our customers outside of our sales reps. We value proficient face-to-face customer communication to ensure that we leave our customers with a great first impression. This position is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime opportunities and variable start times. The pay range for this role is $21.00-$26.00 DOE

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Delivering equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) to customers and internally in a timely and safe manner using a large box truck or van
  • Be well organized, maintain a daily log, and fill out paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Be detail orientated
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Be able to learn basic equipment functions and provide customer training
  • Be a good communicator and responsive
  • Have good time management skills
  • Be willing to work early morning hours/overtime
  • The position includes face-to-face customer interaction
  • Backup to warehouse duties as needed
Ideal candidates will have the following:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of warehouse or driver experience or a combination of both required
  • Basic mechanical experience preferred - to set up machines, remove hard drives, and other similar technical requests
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a clean valid driver's license issued in your state of residence
  • Ability to work with technical or non-technical people
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees
  • Must be an independent, self-starter, with attention to detail
  • Experience working on the computer - MS Office required
