Additionally, we provide quarterly opportunities to enhance your base salary as you grow your medical skills while delivering personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs, right where they reside—whether at home, in assisted living facilities, or in independent living communities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient medical needs.
- Examine and treat chronic conditions and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and more.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive plan of care.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Active state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Minimum five years of nursing experience; at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and accountability for daily workflow.
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Competent in computer-based data management, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to engage in moderate physical activity (e.g., handling objects up to 25 lbs., standing/walking for over four hours/day).
