QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hampton, VA team serving Hampton City Schools employees and their families.
Job Requirements- The successful candidate will have completed a Master's Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and current National Board Certification
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- 3+ years of experience in primary care strongly preferred
- NPI & DEA
- Background in working with pediatric patients
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
- A practice based on quality of care and not productivity
- Commercially insured patient base
- Outpatient only with a preventative medicine focus
- Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size
- EMR-Epic
