Position Details
  • Fulltime position
  • Working 64 hours every two weeks
  • Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM
  • Mondays off Work Tuesday through Friday
Current Offerings:
  • Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66/hour (LPN); $18.62/hour (CMA)
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus*
  • $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates**

Job Summary:
  • Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
  • Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
  • Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed in a timely and efficiently.
Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
OR

Medical Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

*To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

**Relocation assistance eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
