JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet members in a warm and friendly manner. Responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the club experience for members.
  • Ensure all members and guests check-in according to the standard operating procedure.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Direct all calls to the appropriate areas and handle requests accordingly.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of fitness floor and studios. This also includes the pool area and locker rooms.
  • Restock supplies at Fitness Island and Hallway outside the studios.
  • Assist members with use of and operating equipment.
  • Correct seat adjustments and form/range of motion, how to use the cardio consoles (profiles, pairing devices, etc.)
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and report needed repairs.
  • Assist with Sonoran Clubhouse special events and coverage in the Youth Activities Center, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Required to work, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Required to stand and walk - Frequently
  • Required to push, pull, lift and/or move up to 20 pounds - Frequently
  • Required to push and/or pull up to 50 pounds - Occasionally
