Virginia Location only: Graduate or Certification from accredited surgical technologist program or graduate of accredited practical nursing program West Market: Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program Fosston Location only: Graduate or Certification from accredited surgical technologist program, or graduate of accredited practical nursing program. Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Required Certification/Licensure: Applies to all Markets: N ational certification (NCCT) within 12 months of hire if hired following the completion of an approved Essentia Health apprenticeship program East Brainerd Lakes : Certified as a Surgical Technologist within one year of hire or transfer Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire FTE 0.8 Shift Rotation Day/Eve Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time 0700, 1500 Shift End Time 1500, 2300 Pay Range $26.98 - $40.47 / hour The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team. Weekends rotation Effective December 1, 2019: Job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer assessment, including a urine drug screen, immunization review, proof of required vaccinations, and background check.
