Job Title Cloud Product Owner What does a successful Cloud Product Owner do at Fiserv? As a vital part of the Fiserv cloud migration strategy, you will be in-tune with application teams’ needs to capture cloud requirements and help prioritize the needs so that our internal partners can meet the demand. Working with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, your relationships will keep you aligned and up-to-speed with the vision for the products. Excelling in communication and roadmap planning, you will guide delivery teams to success. What you will do: Define the vision for the product and assist clients in defining that vision Ensure product vision is clearly communicated to the delivery team and ensure that they are building a product that provides value to users Maintain the product roadmap, with upcoming short-term and long-term goals, and communicate the roadmap to the delivery team and stakeholders Mediate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize work in the backlog and help maximize the value the team delivers Define the context of the stories in the backlog so the team has adequate information to deliver the stories Ensure the product is demoed to the stakeholders and confirm that the product being delivered meets the business needs Work with the delivery team daily to write and refine user stories, answer questions, and review and approve stories being developed What you will need to have: 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile software development team 6+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders Experience in a Product role with a focus on cloud technologies Experience prioritizing backlog among multiple stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment Experience creating and using delivery metrics, predictability, and forecasting Experience organizing requirements and the movement between business goals, product vision, epics, features, and stories is visible and aligned Experience creating a product backlog through story mapping, user story writing sessions, and documenting acceptance criteria Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience What would be great to have: Agile or Scrum certifications, such as CSM or PMI-ACP Experience with large-scale cloud transformation at an enterprise level Experience with architecture-focused products Important info about this role: We’re better together This role is fully on-site.
