between night shifts. Compensation ranges from $46.22 to $60.98 per hour.

Educational
Requirements:
- Associate
degree in Respiratory Therapy or similar - Required - Bachelor's

Licenses/Certifications:

in set-up, monitoring, and troubleshooting all Respiratory Equipment. - Ability
to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with personnel
and ancillary medical personnel. - Ability
to interact humanistically and professionally with a diverse group of
patients, visitors, co-workers, and other medical center staff as part of
a team. - Skill
in setting priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of
job responsibilities. Working independently with minimal direction to
achieve optimal results. - Ability
to perform more than one task simultaneously and respond positively to
temporary changes in work schedule. - Ability
to provide excellent service, promote customer satisfaction, provide
quality care, and create a positive, progressive, and friendly environment
throughout the entire UCLA Healthcare Community, while maintaining the
confidentiality of patients, and their families at all times (i.e., during
and after work). - Ability
to perform the following activities using proper body mechanics. - Stand
and or walk 75% of the 12-hour work day. - Sit,
push, kneel, crouch and reach for extended periods of time - Transfer
a patient weighing a minimum of 100 lbs. using equipment or with
assistance. - Lift,
push, pull, and carry a minimum of 35 lbs. - Commitment

Department standards, which include accuracy, attention to detail,
completeness, and timeliness.
