What you'll do...
  • Work with our growing training team to empower educators to help students create their successful futures
  • Deliver online training sessions, both live and recorded to our clients by thoroughly understanding their needs and demonstrating how they can make more of an impact on the lives (futures) of the students they serve
  • Conduct on-site training for clients across North America with with up to 50% travel over the course of the year
  • Facilitate multi-part virtual workshops
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of success managers, onboarding managers, and support staff to ensure schools successfully adopt Xello
  • Develop a variety of outlines and training materials, including brand-compliant decks for training sessions
  • Support evaluation training approaches and monitor key training metrics
  • Help create best-practices and commit to continuously improving our training offerings as part of the customer journey
  • Stay on top of product and resource updates
  • Handle scheduling and administration of training sessions, both online and in-person
What we're looking for...
  • 1-3 years experience working in a public school district or corporate training environment with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional techniques
  • Candidates are required to be located in Northeast USA
  • Experience and comfort with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Google Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is an asset
  • Experience working with SaaS or education technology industry (nice to have)
  • Driver's license required
  • Ability to travel across North America preferred
