What You'll Do:
As a Senior software engineer on the IT Sales Applications Team, you will:
- Build and maintain powerful web applications using React and Redux
- Work on all levels of the web stack (JavaScript/React/Redux Front-end, Node.js APIs, MySQL DB)
- Lead the architecture design of small, mid and large-sized projects
- Collaborate closely with other software engineers, data team, and designers
- Develop strong skills and best practices internal and external to the team through participation in design and code reviews
- Take an active role in team processes, and product decisions. From using data and user feedback to help prioritize, to owning a feature end-to-end, you'll be engaged to do more than just writing code
- You will empower people across the globe to connect and communicate.
- You are smart, driven, have great energy, and passionate about helping X change the world
- You have experience in designing and implementing awesome new end-to-end features and platforms through innovation and data-driven iterations
- You want to push the limits of product innovation using the latest advancements in web technology and design patterns
- You value thoughtful UI/UX and understand the importance of good design
- You enjoy working closely with data, strategy operations & other engineering teams
- You want to work on solutions for hundreds of users and millions of dollars of revenue with executive visibility
- 4+ years full-stack development experience
- A strong technical background with experience using modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, and Redux
- Ability to take on complex problems, learn quickly, and persist towards a good solution
- A detailed approach to writing tests and quality assurance
