Job Summary:

Let's Work is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Janitorial Supervisor for a temp-to-hire position. The successful candidate will oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites within the Portland Metro Area, working during evening hours. This role is ideal for someone with experience in janitorial services, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff across various locations to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Train, mentor, and support janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients or staff.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Utilize a company-provided vehicle to travel between sites within the Portland Metro Area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning supervisory role required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
