We are searching for a talented Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab
***UP TO $9,600 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS*** (Details Below)
Hours: 32hrs
Shift: Night, 11:15pm-7:15am with weekend & holiday rotations
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
Come see the newly expanded Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Center We support patients who will benefit from an intensive, interdisciplinary rehabilitation program. The interdisciplinary team is led by a rehab physician and includes nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, social workers, case managers, dietitians and other specialists as needed. Patient population includes but not limited to: CVA, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Major multiple trauma, Brain Injury, Neurologic Disorders.

- $9,600 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of experience
- $8,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of experience
- $6,500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of experience
- Rehires termed greater than 1 year are eligible

Responsibilities
Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Three (3) months experience is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range
USD $39.05 - USD $68.52 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
every other weekend and holiday
