Responsibilities

• Provide in-office sessions or telehealth sessions as requested by patients
• LMSW's practice under the supervision of our Clinical Director
• Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans and determine diagnosis
• Conduct family sessions as appropriate to support the patient
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals and alleviate distressing symptoms
• Coordinate care with physicians and prescribers
• Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director or treatment team and work cooperatively with our admin team
• Preference given to those who see children & adolescents or couples and to those who are bi-lingual

Qualifications

• Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas - LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Must have liability insurance
• Must be dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare
• Prior Mental Health Experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required
• Able to make and honor a one-year minimum commitment
• Minimum requirement of 30 hours per week
• Must be culturally aware and able to work with a diverse population
• Professional demeanor and appearance required
