Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, improvement efforts, and educational program design. Providing nursing care is also essential. LOCATION/FACILITY: Baylor Scott & White Health,16000 Frisco Street, Frisco, Texas SPECIALITY/DEPARTMENT PRACTICE: Labor & Delivery SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role. A minimum of three years' relevant experience is desired. Registered Nurse Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
